Website release v0.3 · October 2026

  • A new Change Leadership Lab: three fictional change scenarios with two roles, coach or rehearsal feedback, and a debrief mapped to the H.U.M.A.N. dimensions.
  • Simpler, less crowded welcome and setup screens across the labs.
  • Optional talk-to-text dictation on free-text reflection fields, with consent each time and edit-and-confirm before text changes.
  • Accessibility improvements: keyboard focus and screen-reader announcements through each scenario week, a spoken progress indicator, and a debrief-ready announcement.

This is a website release number only. The assessment questions, scoring, action library, question sets, file formats and saved-content schemas were not changed.

An additional developmental experience with five fictional scenarios, ten authored perspectives, optional organizational context, coach-on or deferred coaching, branch-based H.U.M.A.N. review, replay and participant-owned plans.

Optional microphone recording, local playback and audio download are browser-dependent. Text practice is memory-only with explicit JSON save/load, Markdown/plain-text downloads and native print. Supported-browser dictation has per-start consent, stop/discard and editable text confirmation with vendor-processing disclosures. Optional text-only AI review requires exact preview and fresh consent, with shared server quota and concurrency limits. Only opaque abuse-limit records are stored, never private practice. Self-review remains available.

No existing diagnostic questions, scores, results, file formats, Kingsmen content or Educator Lab links were changed. Practice anchors are original developmental conventions, not validated scales or employment measures.

October 2026

  • A shorter homepage that explains the free reflection and practice options.
  • A simpler header with a phone menu and a "Start my reflection" button.
  • A new privacy page that describes each tool separately.
  • A printable facilitator guide for group sessions.
  • Optional calendar files for 30, 60 and 90-day plan check-ins.
  • A share button that shares only public page links.
  • The research page now describes both question sets accurately.

Questions, scoring, question sets, progress files and results were not changed in this release.
